On February 4^th, 2021, Mr. Huang Rufang, founder of Chinese rare disease organization (CORD), visited Belief BioMed (BBM) Minghang site in Shanghai. Dr. Xiao Xiao, Co-founder, Chairman & CSO of Belief BioMed hosted the meeting. A retrospective review was taken on the significant progress made by China rare disease society in the past several years, shared the latest progress of each side in promoting industrial and clinical partnership, and explored how to collaborate in the future.

CORD and Belief BioMed share the same mission to make therapies accessible and affordable for Chinese patients with rare diseases. And all the time, two parties work together to improve public awareness of rare diseases and accelerate the launching of cutting-edge therapies that will ultimately benefit patients and lead to long-term improvements in their life quality.
